About

Learn more about Sammy B’s and how it all started!

Jim and Gina Stradley opened The Original Sammy B’s in 1994 on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. It was THE favorite hang out for everyone from old-school to up and coming music industry folk for almost 6 years.

It was legendary. We have so many stories.

The original Sammy B's (Restaurant) was on Music Row in the early 1990's. It was a great place to escape "The Biz", dine, mingle, and unwind. We are pleased to bring Sammy's to the old Castle Heights Campus in Lebanon, Tennessee.

With 3 separate banquet rooms available, Sammy B's is the perfect place for your rehearsal dinners, reunions, birthday parties, business meetings.....and more!

Jim and Gina Stradley began R.S.V.P. Management, Inc (R.S.V.P. Hospitality Services, Inc.)

As the business grew, RSVP Management acquired contracts with The Athletic Club, Maryland Farms, Rache’s Garden Cafe at the Hermitage Home of Andrew Jackson, The Capitol Club, Quorum, Ravenwood Golf Club and others. The company also opened free-standing restaurants including Around the Corner, Sammy B’s on Music Row and Ton’s Lakehouse Grille

The Stradleys partnered with Dan Evins (the founder of Cracker Barrel) to open Rademacher’s Chop House in Lebanon, Tennessee, and acquired The Lebanon Golf & Country Club's food service operations.

Service at the Cedar Creek Yacht Club is also something that RSVP provided. Having served 9 years at Cedar Creek offering regular food, beverage, and special event services for members and their guests.

In the past, RSVP has contracted with Cracker Barrel to provide lunch, snacks, and beverage services for the training department at the Cracker Barrel home offices in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Jim and Gina re-opened Sammy B’s at the Mill in Lebanon in 2012 and have since moved that location to 705 Cadet Court in Lebanon. Ironically, the very same building brought them to Lebanon more than 30 years ago. ( Rademacher’s Chop House)

We also provide food and beverage services at Lebanon Golf and Country Club, which is open to the public. We hope to see you there, too!
